- Plus is set per workspace, so EMNotes Plus and EMQBank Plus are separate. Note and storage limits follow EMNotes.
- Daily and monthly AI allowances reset at midnight Malaysia time (UTC+8).
- Moving back to Free never deletes anything. Your notes stay readable; new notes pause at the Free limit.

Good to know
Is ROSCADEMY free?
Yes. Every account starts on the Free plan, and no card is needed. Plus is optional and adds more AI and more room.
Why do workspaces need approval?
ROSCADEMY is in an early pilot, so a person reviews each EMNotes and EMQBank request. Your dashboard marks the workspace ready once it is approved.
How do I get Plus?
Plus is not sold online yet. Email [email protected] to ask about it during the pilot.
Can I enter real patient details?
No. Use fictional or fully de-identified cases only. Identifiable patient information is not allowed anywhere in ROSCADEMY.
Can I rely on AI answers?
Treat them as a starting point. AI output can be wrong or out of date, so check it against primary sources and your local guidelines.
What happens to my notes if I move back to Free?
Nothing is deleted. Your notes stay readable, and you can add new ones again once you are under the Free limit.
